Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Human Resource Officer. The right candidate will be a highly valued member of our Central Team within Team Beckfoot Trust. We are a local trust with a national outward focus, determined to make a difference to the community that we are so privileged to serve. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday's are 8am-3.30pm. The role is 37 hours per week, all year round. It is a permanent contract which will require you to work with different schools within the trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the HR function and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
* Collaborate with school leadership teams to address HR needs.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Manage employee records and HR documentation.
