We are now recruiting for an Account Manager. The role is full-time and hybrid with 3 days per week in the office.
The role
Working closely with other members of the client services team in partnership with Medical Writers and the Creative team you will work on a variety of projects to ensure successful and timely planning, development and implementation of project deliverables to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in providing direction, support and coaching to junior members of the client services team.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients
• Take full ownership for the day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects
• Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team
• Ensure all projects are on brief when delivered in line with the client's expectations
• Ensure the timely delivery of all projects
• Provide effective updates to the client on an ongoing basis throughout the project
• Manage all financial responsibilities as agreed to deliver the clients project on budget
• Work in partnership with the Account Director and senior leadership to develop client relationships
• Taking a leading role in the approval process and ensuring quality control
• Build an understanding of the required client brands and disease areas
• Support the relationship, and interact, with key opinion leaders across the industry
You will bring:
• Proven experience in client account handling from a comms agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
