Job Role
As Production Line Coordinator, you will have responsibility for the coordination of all materials and workflow between the production areas whilst maintaining the agreed KPIs and associated reporting.
Main Duties
* Take responsibility for the reporting of the production line & foam status and update the daily chases production line plan ensuring that changes to the plan are highlighted, communicated and discussed if any risks are visible.
* Monitor the status of Porsche shipping containers and escalate to the shipping department as required. Where necessary, manage alternative shipping packaging to ensure the delivery plan is achieved.
* Liaise with internal suppliers and customers to ensure efficient delivery of all production areas and subsequent departments.
* Promote Continuous Improvement within all production areas.
* Collect data and populate the Finishing bonus report promptly in line with documented guidelines.
* Develop and maintain agreed KPIs in line with the ATL business Objectives.
* Monitor Production area time bookings in FM and report to the relevant Manager any discrepancies as they appear.
* Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy.
* Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives.
* You may be required to complete other tasks, as required by the business.
Knowledge and Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively plan processes.
* Ability to prioritise.
* Ability to problem solve and be proactive in solution seeking.
The Package
* Salary £27,000 - £32,000 depending on relevant experience
* 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
