As a Culinary Operations Lead at Compass UK & Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across two units on-site. Your responsibilities include managing client and contractual relationships in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a team of 15 colleagues and provide exceptional customer service to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
A competitive salary of £37,709 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including Compass Benefits. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
