Within this team, you will work with adults to support their independence and maximise their potential through focusing on their recovery to help them achieve their individual goals. You will work with adults from the age f 18 and over across all specialisms You will work closely with our partners in health, housing and voluntary sector to undertake a wide range of duties including assessment, reviews, mental capacity assessments and adult safeguarding You will work to support the independence and maximise the potential of the people you work with You will focus on early intervention and prevention, with a focus on recovery to support adults and to achieve individual outcomes Is this role for you? You should be SWE registered You will be AMHP, BIA or PE qualified, or have secured intention to complete these qualifications You should have evidence of continuing professional development You should have an in-depth understanding of the financial implications of commissioned care packages You will have the ability to make clear decisions, to highlight and limit potential risks associated with intervention.
