The Role
ESG Project Manager
£35,000 per annum plus Discretionary bonus
Hybrid/remote working with occasional travel to Stuttgart (Head office)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Coordinator to support our ESG initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ESG projects, ensuring they align with our Group goals and values.
Key responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage ESG projects
2. Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
3. Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data related to ESG performance
4. Prepare and present reports on progress, ESG metrics, and sustainability performance
5. Contribute to the creation of ESG content for internal and external communications
6. Assist in maintaining ESG documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Qualifications
1. 1-2 years' experience in Project Management, coordination, or a related role preferably in ESG
2. Strong understanding of ESG principles and practices
3. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
