About the role
We are looking for a Colleague Experience Manager to join our People Leadership Team. The role focuses on People Communications, Colleague Listening, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), aiming to foster an engaging and inclusive company culture that enhances the colleague experience.
Location is flexible but requires weekly presence at Equity House.
You will be responsible for
* Providing insights and guidance on People communications to support cultural transformation and engagement.
* Managing the People Comms Calendar and liaising with the broader Communications team.
* Developing core People narratives for communications and reports.
* Listening to colleagues to understand their needs and feedback, and ensuring their voices are reflected in communications.
* Project managing colleague listening mechanisms like the EVM and Contribution Panel.
* Collaborating on DEI strategy with the Booker Exec, Networks, and Tesco Group DEI POE, ensuring inclusion is prioritized.
* Driving DEI initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Supporting Colleague Network leadership and managing network operations and budgets.
* Working with Group PoEs to enhance the colleague experience by adopting best practices from Tesco.
