Job Overview
We are looking for Service Advisors to join our dental team, who will assist with the smooth running of the IUC Contact Centres by delivering an efficient level of call handling for both patients and healthcare professionals.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for calls into NHS 111 for patients that do not require a full assessment.

Experience
Essential criteria
1. Do you have good IT Skills?
2. Do you have good communication skills?
3. Do you have experience of working in a patient/public environment in an administrative role?
4. NVQ in Customer Service Levels 1 or 2 (or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
1. Adastra software Package
2. Local Geographical Knowledge
3. Experience of a healthcare setting
4. Experience of working in a call centre environment
Education And Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good general education, to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
2. Knowledge and use of Microsoft IT packages and/or bespoke software
3. Excellent telephone manner
