We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead high-quality catering, dining, and domestic services across thecare home sites. The Role
As the Hospitality Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering top-tier hospitality services. Responsible for ensuring each site meets exceptional standards in catering, dining, and cleanliness, you’ll play an active role in enhancing the resident experience while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Leading hospitality services across multiple care home sites to provide consistently high standards in catering, dining, and housekeeping.
2. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, hygiene, and confidentiality regulations, aligning with care home policies.
3. Managing recruitment, induction, training, and performance reviews for hospitality staff, encouraging growth and development.
4. Actively responding to resident feedback and making necessary improvements to meet their needs and expectations.
5. Overseeing budgets and financial management, ensuring efficient use of resources across all sites.
6. Building strong communication channels with residents, their families, home managers, and external partners.
7. Regularly evaluating and enhancing service standards to create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment.

Travel Requirements
This role involves travelling between care home sites within North London to ensure consistent service standards. Therefore, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Essential Criteria:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within hospitality, catering, or hotel environments.
2. Proven expertise in leading teams across multiple sites, including recruitment and ongoing staff development.
3. Strong knowledge of catering operations, food safety, hygiene, and data protection regulations.
4. Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial planning.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting.
2. Understanding of specific regulations and standards for care home hospitality services.
3. Demonstrable ability to adapt services based on resident feedback.
4. A track record of fostering a positive team culture and supporting staff development.
