Job Description
* Administering payroll functions and ensuring accuracy in computations.
* Processing payments and deductions including benefits, taxes, and pensions.
* Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries about wages, deductions, or attendance.
* Generating reports detailing payroll account activity.
* Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
* Company credit card administration
* Processing purchase invoices
* Provide holiday cover for the finance team
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
* Contributing to the team's goal by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payroll should have:
* Excellent Excel knowledge
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience within a Accounts/Payroll position
* Strong understanding of HMRC rules and regulations.
* Exceptional knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
