Job Description
Role – Account Manager
Company – FMCG Challenger Brand
Salary – £55-65k base, bonus, pension, private medical care, life insurance, 25 days holiday
Location – Hybrid (2 days per week in office in Bucks)
Fancy being part of an established challenger brand with a nutritious & nourishing range of plant-based meals? Partner closely with buyers and category managers to build compelling business plans that meet the needs of shoppers and create mutual value.
This is a business in growth, with the discount channel being a significant part of that. Supported by a dedicated and highly experienced commercial leadership team, you will have full P&L responsibility over the channel (primarily Aldi), which currently accounts for nearly 30% of company turnover.
You will also be involved with Ocado to diversify your experience.
If you are a NAM craving more responsibility and a chance to further establish yourself on £MM revenue accounts, with a clear path of development through to SNAM and Channel Head, here is your opportunity.
This is a challenging role – NAM roles are never easy. You’ll need the tenacity to break down doors and drive customer relationships, the confidence to negotiate hard, and the communication skills to work with internal colleagues and external teams to build actionable, insight-led plans. Finally, you must possess the drive to get things done and the resilience to stay motivated on the more challenging days.
We require prior FMCG account management experience across either the discount or grocery multichannels, with evidence of growth, securing JBP’s and CPI’s.
Attitude counts for a lot too. You’ll learn much of the rest on the job, I assure you.
With a salary of £55-65k + car allowance on top, bonus, 6% pension, 25 days holiday, life insurance, medical insurance, and a host of other benefits, we want you to thrive here – and believe that you will.
Keen but location is not quite right? Get in touch anyway. For a true superstar candidate that meets the above criteria, there may be some flexibility.
