Hours: 35.25 per week, 8.45am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45am – 4pm on Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch each day

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative Arts Manager (known internally as Team Leader) to oversee a team of 8 Art Tutors delivering creative skills training aimed at promoting the wellbeing and personal development of adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Guide and inspire the team to integrate creative practices into various creative arts mediums that align with the personal objectives of the people we support.
2. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages self-expression, personal growth, and builds confidence.
3. Facilitate work-related opportunities and enterprise activities.
Qualifications
You’ll need to have natural empathy, great people and organisational skills, a positive approach and a passion and skill in at least one area of creative arts.
