About the role:
As a National Customer Account Manager, you will be a key commercial team member responsible for working with a portfolio of existing national and regional construction accounts across the UK. Your core focus will be helping our customers through their digital transformation journey and ensuring their sites and regional offices have the Wireless Connectivity, IoT Solutions, and Professional services required to enable them to deliver the required services.
About you:
You will be an experienced Account Manager or Business Development sales professional with experience working with large enterprises providing Technology solutions. You will be able to demonstrate prior success in this field and operate independently as well as with the wider commercial team and technology team as required. Core to this role will be your ability to build deep relationships with key stakeholders and the trust required to allow you to work with your customers to identify their core technology challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and exploit growth opportunities within your accounts.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
* Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Solutions Architects to develop tailored solutions.
* Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Create compelling proposals for enterprise clients.
