Role: Graduate Project Manager
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (dependant on grade achieved and relevant industry experience)

Your new role
About the role:
Our Graduate opportunities could take you to any of our UK sites, where you’ll find out what we do and how we do it, contribute to projects, and grow your knowledge, network and responsibilities. In addition, we will support you through your 2-year Graduate Programme to develop and progress in your chosen career path. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and/or assisting in the delivery of multiple projects from briefing and concept design through to construction and operations
* Working with the project team at all stages of the project to identify, capture and manage risks and provide value for money
* Organising, chairing and recording project meetings with Clients, Contractors, Designers and other stakeholders
* Operating project processes and procedures, taking specific cognisance of the requirements of the contract
* Administering the contract and managing the construction phase of the project through to practical completion
About you:
You'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject. You should be focused and highly motivated, as well as possess excellent planning/prioritising and time-management skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, as well as the ability to cope under pressure.
