Location: Nottingham Contract: 10 month secondment / contract Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas Overview: Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the app engagement and customer strategy. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving app loyalty and retention. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set and great organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for creation, ownership, and delivery of the overall app customer strategy – delivering excellent customer experiences relevant to our growing customer base. • Champion the Boots Advantage Card and app, ensuring the business is aligned on the role of the app and its purpose. • Working cross-channel and collaborating with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need. • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement, incremental sales, and app retention/loyalty. • Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities. What you’ll need to have: • Have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital communications. • Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set. • Be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders. • Have excellent attention to detail and ability to keep on track and to time. • Possess strong communication skills and have an analytical mind-set. • Be happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
