Clinical Educator (INP) - FTC 9-12 months
Reporting to: Head of Education
Location: Hybrid: South territory, with occasional travel to other regions in line with contract.
Work hours: This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Clinical Educator to join our successful Education team on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months. The role involves delivering comprehensive training on Obagi, Advanced Product support, and other brands like Jan Marini. Additionally, you'll provide training on Devices and Injectable Treatments within Healthxchange Group. Your focus will be on enhancing client knowledge through solutions and clinical support. As a brand ambassador, you'll authentically represent the training delivered. Tailoring education to diverse audiences of Healthcare and Beauty professionals is key. Overall, your role plays a crucial part in supporting Business Development within relevant brands through effective education initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, in-depth, up-to-date content in all relevant brands/devices ensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in an appropriate setting.
* Manage schedule appropriately to respond to all account needs and support business development in relevant brands.
* Achieve premium account support by offering educational support that is accessible and ensures a positive patient experience.
* Follow up after training with required data input into relevant systems.
* Prioritise to ensure training feedback is recorded after training delivery.
* Input all relevant training data, to ensure effective reports can be pulled.
* Highlight any gaps via reporting.
* Raise and take agreed steps in terms of actions required to ensure a solution-focused working approach.
* Maintain and develop the use of Brands and devices through in-clinic support, educational delivery, and working alongside business development managers.
* Achieve clear and concise learning flows by ensuring clear objectives are set for all relevant sessions.
* Research and keep up to date with relevant clinical studies, adding these to all material.
* Identify and create further supportive learning tools where required.
* Support the marketing function of the business to help build product/device awareness.
* Attend and potentially present at external and internal meetings/conferences as necessary.
What we need from you:
* Nursing or Pharmacist Graduate
* Relevant Obagi experience
* Relevant Device experience (in at least 2 types of technology e.g. Laser and RF)
* Training Experience: delivery and content creation
* High standards of customer/patient communication, in-clinic support, and content production/delivery
* Ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy and ensure business needs are responded to
* Clinical knowledge of reference papers and the ability to refer to these as necessary.
* Proven account management from a commercial or educational standpoint
* Experience with Salesforce and relevant software
