The Role
This is a high-profile interim assignment where you’ll play a central role in delivering transformative reward initiatives to oversee compensation, benefits, and equity initiatives.
With key deliverables aligning to the business's strategic goals, your role will include:

About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
* Significant experience operating at Director or VP level in a high-growth scale-up environment (500–1,500 employees).
* A proven track record in fintech, technology, or software businesses.
* Expertise in global compensation, including executive and sales rewards, with a strategic mindset and hands-on ability to deliver.
* Availability to commit fully to this interim position; working on-site in our client’s central London office for three days a week is non-negotiable.
