Due to expansion, a vacancy has arisen within this well-established company for a Purchase Order Administrator. You will join the business to provide admin support within support to the Product Development, Sales and E-commerce functions to enhance continued business growth.
The role will suit a person with a positive, professional and friendly approach with an ability to work quickly and in an organised manner with close attention to detail. Good IT skills, with a willingness to learn new software packages is an advantage.

Key responsibilities for the Purchase Order Administrator:
* Working to strict deadlines supporting Sales and Product Development updating profit analysis and pricing files, completing customer set up forms, updating centrally held product information and waste packaging data and researching market trends
* Proofing artworks
* Liaison with customer services to help support the answering of customer queries
* Managing critical path and tracking to ensure any issues are raised
* Raising internal orders to the Purchasing Team for processing
* Raising and processing of Amazon orders to 3rd party warehouse twice weekly
* Manage communication on repeat orders with suppliers
* Cataloguing samples and sending samples to customers and external support functions
* Check Pre-production and Gold Seal samples are correct to specified requirements
* Carry out ad hoc market analysis and product set-up forms to support the sales team where necessary
For this Purchase Order Administrator role the client are looking for:
* The candidate will be PC competent (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc), developed interpersonal skills and be proactive and organised with administration experience in a similar or related sector
* Confident communicator both verbally and written, with the ability to manage external stakeholders by providing timely responses
* Able to balance multiple tasks, plan workload and provided accurate up-to-date master data
