Job description
We are looking for a Retail Trainer to work on behalf of CPM representing one of the most innovative companies of our time, Amazon.
You will be part of a team looking after all aspects of Amazon devices in offline retail stores, delivering memorable and impactful training to store staff in both formal and informal settings.
£35,000 + 10% bonus (STC) + company car.
Territory covering: Brighton, Dartford, Chichester, Eastbourne, Farnborough, Greater London, Guildford, High Wycombe, Maidstone, Oxford, Portsmouth, Reading, Romford, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas

The role
You will be calling into electronics retailers within your territory building great relationships with key store decision makers and leveraging this to ensure the Amazon products, fixtures and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store. Our aim is to increase sales through promoting products in store, training staff on the benefits and features, and increasing the visibility of Amazon products.
Your territory will be your own to make a success of, but you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.
You would be a great Retail Trainer if:

6. You have an interest in delivering great training and confident about training large groups in a face to face environment.
7. You have a full clean UK driving licence.
