Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operations and Omni Manager role located in Richmond, VA at Pottery Barn Short Pump Town Center. The job will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, supervising staff on and off the sales floor, maintaining, coaching, training, and creating world-class service.
Qualifications
1. Experience in Operations Management, Inventory Management, and Staff Supervision
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
4. Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
7. Experience in the home decor or retail industry is a plus
8. Ability to adapt and evolve in a changing environment
