Within the administration team the Business Support Administrator will be involved at all levels gaining valuable experience. Duties will include, but not limited to: Supporting the success of the business by providing best in class administration as well as offering high quality service to our internal and external customers Working together to support the achievement of our company commercial goals Becoming the specialist by liaising with the utility services in relation to specific projects Producing excellent reports, spreadsheets and presentations supporting our company-wide team Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for all engineering and site teams Assisting with day-to-day general administration from meeting and greeting, taking and actioning telephone and email enquiries, ordering stationary and any other administrative tasks as necessary to support the team Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and clients Uphold a professional image, contribute to Powersystems' success, and proactively improve services and efficiency.
