Project Manager Upperton Pharma Solutions is a Nottingham-based CDMO that specialises in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical products, providing a complete service from early-stage feasibility to GMP clinical manufacture. Formulations cover a range of delivery routes, typically including oral (tablets & capsules), nasal and inhaled. As part of this exciting expansion programme Upperton is looking to recruit additional Project Coordinators to support our Project Management team. The role In this key client facing role the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the project manager in tracking project milestones from project kick-off through to project completion. Main responsibilities: Support the project manager on multiple projects from project kick off through to project completion to ensure delivered to agreed quality standards, meets client specifications/expectations and with the agreed timeline and budget Support the project manager in internal and customer facing project meetings by taking notes and actions and subsequently tracking actions and deliverables to confirm they have been completed Communicate with the internal project team to ensure project tasks and activities are completed as per project time plan Help create and maintain project folders and documents, status updates, schedules and timelines Manage small GMP and R&D projects with support Support scoping out change orders for any changes to projects Essential Skills and experience: A desire to work towards Prince2 and/or APM Relationship and stakeholder management Cross functional working Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills What you will get in return Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, youll receive a competitive salary and the potential to earn an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
