Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist Role at Princess Royal University Hospital Stroke Team
The team is seeking a registered clinical psychologist with experience in clinical neuropsychology and an acute setting to provide neuropsychological assessment, intervention, and neuro-rehabilitation to stroke patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide psychological assessment and treatment to patients
* Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings
* Perform mental capacity assessments and coordinate best interest meetings
* Organize and coordinate family meetings
* Offer consultation to the wider multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
* Registered as a clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council
* Experience in clinical neuropsychology and an acute setting
* Ability to work effectively with the in-patient multidisciplinary team
