FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a privately owned service based SME situated in Nuneaton. Suitable candidates will be experienced in processing Purchase & Sales Ledger, Payroll Admin, supporting Month-End processes with the Finance Manager & generating adhoc reports for management.
Ideally, candidates with have a number of years' experience within a similar role / sector OR be an AAT studier looking for their 1st/2nd move.
In return, the business can offer a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 + private medical after probation - they also have on-site parking.
Duties Will Include
* Running monthly payroll and ensuring this is maintained on a regular basis
* Processing all supplier/customer invoices and credit notes in the purchasing ledger
* Generating monthly reports for upper management relating to purchase orders and payments
* Managing up-to-date supplier/customer accounts and handling any queries or discrepancies
* Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the finance team
Suitable Candidates Will Be / Have
* AAT studier OR have the relevant experience (qualified by experience / QBE)
* Experience using Sage
* Have used MS Excel previously (they're not looking for a whiz-kid!)
* Personable & confident
* Able to commute to Nuneaton, Monday to Friday
