Corporate Receptionist - Client Floor
Real Estate Investment company based in The West End currently have a new opening for a Front of House Corporate Receptionist to work very closely with the Facilities Team on their Client Floor.
Looking for someone who is highly professional with a "can do attitude" and happy to muck in and take full responsibility for their role and use their initiative.
Key Duties:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner ensuring a VIP service is provided.
* Liaising with Ground Floor Reception regarding visitor passes.
* Managing meeting rooms ensuring they are set up correctly and liaising with Catering Dept.
* Managing VCs for meetings.
* Setting up meeting rooms for functions.
* Handling the switchboard and fielding calls.
* Liaising with internal departments such as Catering, Facilities and IT.
* Booking and organising breakfasts and lunches for meetings.
* Booking couriers and handling post.
* Overseeing Housekeeper to ensure all meeting rooms are cleaned after meetings.
* Ordering and maintaining stationery orders/stock.
* Assisting with Facilities Team.
* Fire Marshal and First Aid.
