WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
1. Identify and outreach to prospective clients
2. Arrange qualified new client appointments
3. On-going pipeline growth and management via CRM
4. Generate new business/revenue in line with company KPI’s & targets
5. Compose professional proposals
6. Present tailored technology solutions to match client requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
1. Previous experience in Field Based B2B Regional Sales
2. Ideally a background in making sales within a Marketplace environment
3. Demonstrable background of exceeding targets
4. Comfortable working in a targeted highly sales-driven environment
5. Able to identify revenue opportunities and propose solutions
6. Natural rapport builder, self-motivated, professional, driven
7. Dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager highly motivated and energetic, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
9. Is resilient and tenacious in their approach to winning new business
10. Strong understanding of the sales process required in a business-to-business environment
11. High professional and personal standards
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
13. Proven experience of using a CRM system
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Salary C£45000 OTE (commission) of an additional £15k to £20k per annum
24 days annual leave + this increases after 3 years, with one extra day added each year (maximum 3 additional days)
