Our client, a renowned banking organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Analyst to join their Customer Services team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-centric environment.

Role Purpose:
As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, meeting expected standards, and contributing to process improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Accurate and timely completion of BAU tasks, adhering to operational procedures.
2. Proactively reviewing and enhancing process flows to improve efficiency.
3. Supporting Projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) milestones.
4. Fostering internal and external relationships, promoting a customer-centric culture.
5. Potential contribution to team cross-training.
Background:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Good knowledge of payment processing and industry architecture around SWIFT, CHAPS, Faster Payment, SEPA, and ISO payment messaging.
2. Understanding of retail banking products like Cheques, Standing Orders, and Direct Debits (desirable).
3. Excellent communication, analytical, and self-motivation skills.
4. Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
5. Minimum GCSE education, with A Level qualifications being desirable.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining and reviewing desktop procedures, suggesting improvements.
2. Assisting with UAT and promptly escalating any issues for remediation.
3. Adhering to bank policies and compliance procedures.
4. Building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
5. Completing tasks accurately and following best practices.
Join Our Client's Team:
As part of our client's team, you will have daily interactions with the CS Team Leader, CS Team Manager, and other stakeholders. Your commitment and dedication will contribute to over 200 internal and external customer relationships.
Working Pattern:
This is a full-time position, requiring your availability during regular working hours.
