What you’ll do:
Write clear, concise, and compelling email, landing page, and push copy that aligns to the TOV of each brand
Execute campaigns against their briefs, developing ideas for how each brand’s value proposition comes to life through email
Partner with customer engagement, loyalty, legal, design, production, and more to see campaigns through to completion
Lead and own creative work; always be working on ways to sharpen and elevate your craft
Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure copy delivers on the objectives of each brief
You’ll peer review others’ work as needed
You’ll work closely with project managers to ensure copy meets its deadlines, and will help prepare campaigns for production
You'll manage stakeholder feedback and requests and proactively offer guidance on creative best practices
