Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource Advisor at H&K Consulting & Advisory. The role is primarily located in Halesowen but allows for some work from home. The Human Resource Advisor will be responsible for managing HR policies, implementing labor and employment laws, overseeing HR management, and handling employee relations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
* Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
* Strong skills in Employee Relations
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with HR software and systems
* CIPD qualifications
