Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities to measure progression and ensure effectiveness.
2. Support the service in delivering structured activities and assist in planning for individual and group therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
3. Build one-to-one rapport with service users to encourage participation in activities and empower recovery.
4. Oversee the day-to-day running of the social enterprise café run by service users, providing training, support, and supervision for skill development.
5. Co-produce menus for the café, support food-based events, and develop partnerships with local services.
6. Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
7. Work collaboratively with patients/service users to identify and work towards their recovery-focused goals.
8. Maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.
Minimum Requirements:
1. GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
2. Experience in a similar environment & Mental Health.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Skilled in a range of activities, e.g., art, music, horticulture, animal care.
