We now require a smart, rounded, dynamic and inquisitive individual who is commercially astute and numerically confident to join our Amazon Commercial team. The individual should have at least 2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central in an advertising role. We are looking for A-players at this important time of growth in the business; we are selecting based on competence, commercial skill and personality. A learning mindset with a questioning and open mind is vital. The role Reporting to the Snr Commercial Managers to implement growth strategies according to the company’s internal Blueprint, this role includes: Optimising paid campaigns that support the internal investment model based on SEO goals; and driving customer-lifetime value. Following rule-based approaches to bid optimisation and ad types and placements Running ads on highly segmented KW within established campaign structures; working to SEO roadmaps factoring the product lifecycle Working to specified metrics depending on campaign/investment type Monitoring campaign utilisation and budgeting Organic rank monitoring using Helium10 Ongoing evaluation of search term suitability based on product positioning, and USPs and market fit. Flagging trends and changes to the commercial product owner Keeping on top of PPC trends and Amazon advertising updates to provide recommendations regarding beta tests supporting established growth strategies. Working closely with Snr Commercial managers on their portfolios to allocate budgets and ensure paid investments and closely monitored and evaluated, driving continued growth Ad hoc keyword and competitor and analysis, identifying market gaps and providing recommendations for future investment Implementation of promotional plans by ASIN: including Best Deals, Vouchers & Coupons, Offer Pricing, SnS and brand tailored promotions Who you are Skills and competencies: 2-3 years’ experience working with Amazon advertising Educated to degree level within a relevant field Interest in nutrition since in depth product knowledge is crucial to understanding market and customer segmentation Experience with amazon tools such as JungleScout, Helium10 Confident and helpful Organised but adaptable Enthusiasm for learning new things Strong eye for detail and accurate Able to prioritise Personality is key – the company is staffed with down to earth, help, resourceful people who fit the company culture, in which intelligent, thoughtful self-starters thrive.
