Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant: Coordinate and manage the HR Director's diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Managing and filtering email inboxes. Assisting with event planning. Supporting other Directors/Executives when required. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Working collaboratively with team of PAs to ensure maximum efficiency. Skills and Experience of the Personal Assistant: Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
