Join our team at TEXO and take your career offshore What You’ll Do: As an Offshore HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operations across UK North Sea, Southern North Sea, and overseas locations. Your key duties will include: Overhauling, rebuilding, and repairing compressors, valve plates, and piston rings Servicing rotary screw chillers, refrigeration compressors, and AHU systems Troubleshooting electrical control panels and DC/AC motors Performing commissioning and maintenance of seawater cooling systems and HVAC equipment Mentoring AC technicians and apprentices, while supporting the development of the HVAC department Providing detailed reports, identifying component replacements, and managing customer relationships What We’re Looking For: 5 years of HVAC experience F-GAS 2079 certification SVQ/NVQ III or relevant apprenticeship Strong leadership and people management skills Expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning systems Offshore experience and relevant certificates are a plus What We Offer: Attractive salary Generous pension scheme – up to 10% employer contribution Private medical insurance – for you and your family DIS Life Insurance 37-hour work week 30 days of holidays
