Station ACES Manager, MEU Process Excellence

As a Station ACES Manager, you'll analyze current processes and collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve them. This role offers an opportunity to shape Amazon's future, as even small changes can have a significant impact.
Please note: This position is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 May, 2026.
Key job responsibilities
1. Analyze data and gather stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies in operations.
2. Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and other factors.
3. Propose ideas for process improvements.
4. Conduct regular reviews of process optimality and implement data-driven solutions for long-term improvements.
5. Ensure year-on-year double-digit growth in shipped volume.
A day in the life
You will lead major projects to standardize and improve processes, maintaining regular contact with senior management and stakeholders to define requirements, report on progress, risks, and impacts. You will develop communication plans to inform all parties about new processes. Your role involves identifying problems, analyzing data to find challenges, tracking improvement effectiveness, and managing a team of members responsible for daily tasks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or a related technical field.
* Relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
* Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English (B2/C1).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications are not required but are a plus:
* Experience in building analytical tools.
* Advanced knowledge of SQL.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
* German language skills at B1/B2 level are desirable.
