About Us: At Cuckoo, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, as we try to make their lives easier and their broadband faster. Because the truth is, we want them to actually feel good about their broadband. That’s why we call it feel-good broadband. We’ve already topped MoneySavingExpert’s poll for the best customer service (twice) and are well on the way to achieving our overall aim: to become the UK’s most recommended way to connect. So if you’re as customer obsessed as we are, and want to help change the face of the UK’s broadband industry, we’d love to hear from you. Engage with a pre agreed contact list and create plans to manage leads effectively with information about CRS. Providing answers to questions, addressing any concerns and owning the prospecting and outreach of potential partners to share relevant information. Sharing the benefits of the CRS and encouraging them to join us on our mission to become the UK's most recommended way to connect Owning the onboarding steps which includes working with various internal Cuckoo teams to ensure they are set up and ready to go as an official partner, resolving potential issues and ensuring contracts and admin are completed. Take ownership of the reporting, tracking and performance of the Cuckoo Referral Scheme. Be the main point of contact for individual partners as well as being prepared to respond to queries and provide support and make sure information about Cuckoo is shared with their members, providing additional support as necessary and thereby creating the right environment for sales.
