This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support a busy, high-performing practice. £24,000 per year About the Role: As a Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting lawyers and Partners with the smooth running of client matters in the fast-paced telecoms sector. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with matter opening, file management, and document coordination Supporting billing processes and financial tracking for the team Liaising with internal departments, external counsel, and clients Helping manage key dates, deadlines, and project milestones Circulating data for weekly client progress reports. Assisting with generating purchase order number requests: updating relevant platforms with purchase order number information. Monitoring team inboxes,especially when team members are on leave. Arranging team meetings and booking meeting rooms for internal and client meetings. Handling incoming and outgoing post,requesting and collating hard copies, saving them to the system, and managing distribution. About You: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Previous experience within a busy administration/coordinator role.
