What we need in a nutshell
We love creating exciting dining concepts across our locations and are looking for talented chefs to bring them to life. In this Line Chef role, you will prepare and cook for a busy restaurant, delivering delightful experiences to our guests.

What you’ll be doing
You will be actively involved with your team, ensuring that meals are prepared, cooked, and served to our high standards, from salads to seasonal specials. This includes:
* Ensuring consistent and prompt food preparation, meeting our quality standards
* Assisting the team in following dish specifications, portion control, and waste management
* Maintaining safe, clean, and hygienic workspaces, complying with food safety regulations
* Managing food margins through stock control, product knowledge, and team coaching
Please note, holidays may be scheduled during holiday times, so flexibility to work on bank holidays and weekends is required.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We seek an experienced chef who is enthusiastic, a team player, and possesses:
* 1-2 years’ experience as a line cook, commis chef, or chef de partie
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
* A passion for food and enthusiasm
* Resilience under pressure
Experience in a busy holiday park kitchen and supervisory roles is a plus.
