Lusona is working with our client based in Glasgow city centre to find suitable applicants for the post of Credit Controller to join their growing team.
Duties:
1. Contacting customers to chase outstanding payments.
2. Arranging payments and direct debits with customers.
3. Assisting with sales ledger invoicing when required.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work in a volume-driven environment.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Experience from a Credit Controller or Collections role.
4. Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
5. Excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
The role will be hybrid, working 3 days at home and 2 days at our client's Glasgow city centre office. Our client offers a 40-hour week with flexible working and a generous holiday allowance.
