Note: this role will require occasional travel (eg once a quarter) to our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon It will involve coordinating activities across multiple teams, mentoring Scrum Masters, engaging stakeholders, and fostering a high-performance team environment. It will ensure on-time, quality delivery within scope and budget while incorporating best practices and fostering continuous improvement. You will need to be able to talk about your deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, plus tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence, in addition to where you have managed end to end delivery of projects in complex environments. A Certified or Professaional Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) and certification in SAFe is preferred, experience with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and exposure to DevOps and CI / CD pipeline integration is desirable.
