The Shore Group have been appointed on behalf of a Tier 1 Fit Out Main Contractor to recruit a Group Delivery & Quality Control Director reporting directly to the Board. Our client is a £300M + Group that specialise in Office Fit Out projects, both retrofit and interiors (CAT A+, CAT A and CAT B) primarily within the London area.This appointment has been driven by the requirement for an individual to be responsible for the group’s centralised project appraisal function. This role has been created to guide and mentor colleagues within the group to achieve project delivery excellence.As Group Delivery & Quality Control Director they will be responsible for providing reports and reviews to the Board regarding assigned project progress and any potential and current escalating risk. The primary purpose of this position is to employ investigative measures and recommendations in relation to project planning, site set up, the programme and the quality of works to protect the group’s financial interests and operational liabilities.They will act as the ambassador for the group in their assessment of all project stakeholders from client to professionals, to Sub-Contractors ensuring that all operations are carried out with high quality and commercials standards.This is a unique opportunity for a project delivery expert to join a prestigious Fit Out business.
