Sales Manager - TPS Tonbridge
Hours: Full time, 4 hours a week

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join Marshall Motor Group and lead our sales team at our TPS Centre in Tonbridge. You will lead, manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Throughout the team develop strong relationships with customers, by providing expert knowledge and support and provide an exceptional customer service experience.

What do I do?
1. Continually monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action with the team to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met
2. Plan and implement promotional activities and
campaigns to enable sales targets to be met
3. Monitor the success of the targeted customer sets, promotions and campaigns and take corrective action if
required
4. Attend weekly first line Centre management meetings and report on sales and marketing activity v performance
5. Maintain own knowledge levels (to include product knowledge, market awareness, competitor
activity and pricing)
6. Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews to monitor the achievement of individual KPI’s, and provide developmental or corrective support where required
7. Provide and maintain an excellent level of service to customers via the team – through
understanding customer requirements, responses to requests, provision of expert advice,
product knowledge, resolution of queries and complaints
8. Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, warranty and ethical guidelines
What do I need?
9. A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
10. Previous call centre management experience gained in a B2B environment, or sales team management experience
11. A passion for providing a great customer service experience
12. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders
13. Possess a high degree of IT literacy
14. Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
15. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality & quantity goals
16. A calm and professional manner
