We are looking for an experienced and talented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property environment or managing a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Experience of managing and developing a team, as well as working efficiently with them.
2. Experience in working in a property/estates/maintenance team.
3. Good administrative experience to include developing and improving processes.
4. Experience developing and improving a service and customer service.
5. Lead on the management of maintenance across all OUR 150 PROPERTIES.
6. Lead and organise the running and development of the maintenance team within established procedures and policies.
7. Direct and manage team members to quickly respond and carry out repairs to faulty or damaged building elements, finishes, fixtures and fittings, mechanical & electrical systems.
8. Encourage the delivery of an excellent customer service culture.
9. Inspect properties regularly to ensure they meet safety standards.
10. Arrange for routine maintenance checks.
11. Manage the rota system to ensure appropriate resources are available to satisfy demands.
12. Create schedules for when properties are going to be checked and serviced.
13. Process maintenance jobs through an app.
You should have significant experience in a maintenance management or scheduler role, ideally within a customer-facing and multi-site environment (hotel, care home, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
