About the role: Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information Process customer orders and quotations accurately. Monitor and track sales orders and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting Build and maintain strong customer relationships Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order completion. Participate in training to develop product and industry knowledge.
