We are recruiting a PO Coordinator for our PEPCO office based in Watford. As PO Coordinator, you will be part of the clothing merchandising team, supporting the team with efficient and accurate information between us and our PEPCO team based in Poland. You will be responsible for maintaining all content and information flow to support the One Range implementation. You will also ensure our ability to manage and execute all orders within the required timescales. Being present in the office 4 days a week is required. What you'll be doing Manage the combined critical path for Pepco and Pep&Co, ensuring inputs from both companies are aligned. Ensure sustainable master data supports the purchase order creation process for Pep&Co. Track milestones, report progress, and communicate updates to Pepco and Pep&Co stakeholders. Facilitate and structure communication among stakeholders, direct suppliers, and PGS. Serve as the main contact between Pep&Co and Pepco planning and buying teams, addressing trading, planning, and purchasing queries promptly. Maintain accurate PO data, verify Gold Seal samples and ticketing, and minimize the impact of One Range implementation. Attend critical path meetings, address issues with proposed solutions, and provide ad hoc analysis to support planning teams. What you'll need Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in handling data and content effectively. Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, enabling positive relationship building internally and externally. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and prior experience as a training administrator, coordinator, or in a similar role; Oracle experience preferred. Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting demands in dynamic and challenging environments.
