My client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Day to day duties of a Customer Service Advisor –
1. Provide helpdesk and order fulfilment support and advice, via email and telephone to customers.
2. Liaise with third parties to ensure smooth running of the customer ordering process.
3. Investigating and offering a timely response to customer enquiries and requirements.
4. Take ownership of queries and actions appropriately.
5. Ensure customer queries are dealt with and actioned on a regular basis, in line with helpdesk KPI’s.
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Advisor role –
1. Previous experience in a customer service environment.
2. Able to work independently and as a team.
3. Ability to work with clearly defined processes and to meet deadlines and targets.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Competent with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
