What you'll do as an Internal Sales Executive Proactively develop new accounts and re-engage with lapsed customers. Confidently handle inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and schedule meetings for the field sales team. Become a product expert and "go-to" resource for both customers and colleagues. Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Utilise the company's CRM system to manage the sales cycle and maintain accurate customer records.
