This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse or Allied Healthcare Professional to support high quality care provision through providing clinical leadership for the implementation of a new electronic patient record for the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust.
This is a critical time in the Trust’s digital journey with developments taking place that will significantly improve patient safety and quality of care. You will help to lead a wide range of projects including electronic observations, digital prescribing and administration, new patient flow boards, electronic records and a range of other projects.
The Digital Specialist Nurse/AHP will support colleagues to understand and make optimal use of the new systems being implemented. This will involve ensuring the provision of support and training and ensuring competencies are met and users are supported to provide ongoing feedback.
Working across both sites you will maintain a high profile in clinical areas, resolving issues and ensuring an inclusive approach to digital change.
Salary: £37,338.00 – £44,962 per annum
