About the role: As a Learning Tutor, you’ll combine your teaching and administrative expertise to support young learners. Your role will include: Planning and Delivering: Tailoring educational programmes to meet the unique needs of each student Data Management: Recording and monitoring attendance, targets and behaviour plans Supporting Transitions: Coordinating learning records and liaising with parents Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow staff members and families to foster independence and community engagement Safeguarding Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safeguarding practices and statutory requirements Mentorship: Guiding learning mentors in lesson planning, resource preparation and quality assurance What we’re looking for: Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching/tutoring qualification) Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in an educational setting Experience in managing data and administrative processes Able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve learning goals Strong organisational and communication skills Sound knowledge of safeguarding and SEND best practices Why apply through us?
