Management of process & training to front line Branch staff whilst supporting the Field Operations team & Branch Network. Supporting the teams hitting operational targets, compliance on shrinkage and resolving key operational issues. Main Dut Main Duties and Accountabilities Drive PARC improvement through the OSS & regional teams Support Completion of Audits through the OSS team Completion of PARC scoring by providing data 6-week OSS review to review objectives & set new objectives Biweekly reviews with branch regional teams Lead PARC review with the Operations teams & provide clear objectives for shrinkage & compliance improvements. Ensure training on Operational processes are recorded & up to date in the shared folder. Review & contribute to set new policies Maintain & review OSS trackers to maximise OSS time in branch Completion of OSS induction plans Ensure OSS team are skilled to train in all areas including cash banking processes Management of SOP’s, kept up to date & Pitstop updated where required. Drive branches throughout month for process completion to ensure smooth month end completion. Support completion of Branch Stocktake Management programme. Support stock cleanse programme. Maintain a strong link to the Profit Protection Manager & support where OSS’s maybe required to support audit or Stock investigations. Link with Central Operations Manager Provide front line support on projects as appropriate e.g. local branch projects as and when needed – e.g. new branch or branch move. Provide support on any other projects as and when directed by head of operations. Working hours: 45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working This role covers the whole of the branch network so extensive travel and nights away can be expected. About You As Operations Manager, you will have a great track record of managing a warehouse, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
