Technical Fire & Security Operations Leader
Overview: Working closely with our Fire & Security Team and reporting directly to our Technical Manager, this role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience having worked within a similar or field-based role.
Having a good working IT knowledge and a willingness to learn the relevant manufacturers' software, the ideal candidate would be joining a growing Fire & Security Team.
Key Duties:
* Serve as the first point of contact for technical support to customers, helpdesk & field engineers.
* Liaise with the ARC to investigate false alarms and produce monthly stats.
* Carry out planned & corrective remote servicing & diagnostics of electronic security systems via manufacturer-specific software packages.
* Manage the store and stock control for field engineers.
* Ensure all technical equipment is maintained & calibrated.
* Collate and issue install paperwork along with O&M manuals.
Hours of Work (Office Based):
* Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm.
* Friday: 9am to 3pm.
